Emsella FAQs
What to Expect During the Treatment
During the treatment, you will sit on the Emsella chair for about 30 minutes. It will begin to deliver electromagnetic energy that delivers thousands of contractions during every treatment. One treatment stimulates 11,200 kegels without any work from you. The treatment does not hurt, but you might feel a slight tugging sensation. Many patients often read a book, watch their favorite tv show or have conversations during the process.
The targeted muscles will stimulate in response to the energy and strengthen over time. Treatment sessions are spread out over six individual sessions during 3 weeks, after which, patients have experienced a significant improvement in bladder control.
After Your Emsella Treatment
After the treatment, you will experience immediate results that continue to improve over the course of time. It does not require any downtime, and patients can safely return to their normal activities after the treatment.
How Much Does Emsella Cost?
The cost of Emsella can vary from patient to patient depending on the number of sessions required to achieve the best results. During your consultation, we will develop a treatment plan to address your specific needs and discuss the associated cost.
